What if the camera connection fails / the connection times out?
1. Please scan the QR code at the bottom of the camera to connect;
2. Please check whether the mobile phone network is normal;
3. Please try to restart the router;
4. Please try to exit the connection page, reset the camera and connect again;
5. Please try to use mobile hotspot for connection test. If mobile hotspot can be connected, Please contact the after-sales mailbox: help@imilab.com ;
